no unlock codes for thoes phones mate, they need done at a unlock shop

karl if it is a j700 and not a 700i then give this a try

1- Power on your Phone without sim card, type : *#7465625#
you will identify wich code is active , which is not the case

2- Remove battery , Put any sim card for a different network than the one your phone locked to , not all of it , just to prepare it to be full inserted , put your battery back making sure not to insert the full sim card in full yet and power on your phone, you must see " insert sim" not "invalid sim.."

3- type : *2767*3855#
your phone should restart after 1 min ,,
now ,, and before it restart , push your sim card ,,without removing the battery, it will do a factory reset, just set it up as new.

4- Your phone should work and accept the sim card ,, but if you chek the locks you will find that your fone is still Loked, don't switch the phone off yet or try another card

5- now type : *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
your UNLOCK CODE is 00000000 now , that's it, now you can use any Sim Card in it.

6- now , back to Locks table with : *#7465625# ,, and for each active code you can disable it ,,,here details :

* Disables CP lock : #7465625*27*00000000#
* Disables Network lock : #7465625*638*00000000#
* Disables SIM lock : #7465625*746*00000000#
* Disables SP lock : #7465625*77*00000000#
* Disables Subset lock : #7465625*782*00000000#

Everyone is satsing that it works,but doesn't it reset your eeprom and change your IMEI to 00000000
