Huawei E220 3G

Hi All ,

I've currently got a Huawei E220 3G USB modem which was originally locked to VF Spain . I've now unlocked it and I'm planning on using a Movistar (Spain) SIM in it in a few weeks . My question is this . Can I still keep using the pre-installed bundled VF software which is on the modem and just change the APN/username and password to Movistar or should I change it to the default Huawei software ?

Just tried it witha Movistar SIM using the bundled Vodafone software and it works fine . Obviously you have to change the apn , username & password to suit .
