HD channels TF7710

Lots of HD channels out there, I've been through the list on K.O.S, but most of them I can't load onto my TF7710HD, ITV HD for example. Any reason why not? Can I use my computer to load them? I have Top Set on my pc but I don't really know how to use it, I can move channels around with it but I don't know if you can add channels, (an user guide would be appreciated.) I also have Vega but I always get a com port error and I've never been able to use that (communication error:TIMEOUT 1). Any help would be great.

Thanks for all the replies guys, not, anyhow, sorted now - the receiver only has a 3500 channel capacity, I believe it was advertised as having 5000 capacity! Worked fine after deleting some channels, but the com port error is still the same.
