sd card transfer

Hi guys I have a maltese map on an sd card ,which works ok on garmin,is it possible to transfer to a tom tom or at least on a mobile phone.

It's possible that you might be able to use it on a mobile phone if you can use Garmin MobileXT on it ? - What phone have you got ?
Garmin maps will not work on any type of Tomtom.
