Go 710

my friend has just brought round a TT go 710, it cannot seem to use internal sat receiver - maps work and everything but it will not get any signal from satellites- any tips please?

Make sure you are out in an open space when you try it and keep it in same place - it could take 10 - 20 minutes to get a position fix.
Try tapping screen on the GPS bars at bottom right of screen - then tap on the GPS bars on next screen. Will now see a page that shows GPS Status & will be able to see if it has managed to find any satellites.
