maybe in wrong section can anyone answer what standardized systems means
this came up using dragon 401 in a @sat9500 when scanning the feed posted in this thread ????

no idea myself, anyway it was out of public eyes, we really need to find a way to decrypt these as well, 10e is becoming an ocean of encrypted feeds.
