Is there a way to silence the storyteller talking over the HD movie channels audio on the 8k?

Yes, Press yellow and select mpeg, not the one with NAR (NAR= narrator).

Thanks m8 I did try that but there are only 2 entries there:

1. AC3 (English)
2. MPEG (NAR)

I wondered if there was another way.

Sorry mate, in work so havnt got my box infront of me. Just select the AC3 one and if you lose sound turn ac3 downmix on or off.

Found it Quailman, it is select AC3 and that does the trick.
