yeah inserting into dreambox is ok but feed is in 4:2:2
so pc with vlc needed for viewing of 4:2:2 feeds on dreambox.
also azhd and skystar2 pci can view 4:2:2 feeds.

the receiver isn't but you can use the webinterface to stream it to the PC instead.

I tried that mate with dcc on my dreambox cos i was gonna link lappy to tv if i got it but vlc kept saying not connected in dcc,, i think i have to set it up properly.
