Hi guys...
I'm building up all the tools/programmes I need in anticipation of the imminent arrival of my Elite (will be purchasing next week):respect-057:..
In looking for a telnet/FTP program I read that the Dreambox FTP program DCC 2.8 is Ok to use on the Azbox..can anybody confirm?
I'm well used to using DCC from my Dreambox days so it would be great if that was the case..

I use WinSCP for ftp and ultraedit to change files. Also Putty for telnet

Also Filezilla is a great free FTP client.

Thanks guys...I know I can use those programmes you mention but my question is can i use DCC? it's so much more user friendly (in my opinion anyway)...cheers

+1 with Smudger... but I use the WinSCP built in editor (right click ... edit)

Errrrr... yes, but its only cos your used to it

But seriously though ... DCC is fine and works very well and does have its advantages for all in one telnet / ftp

However there are several features in DCC that will not work ...:D

dcc working perfect never used it till i got my azbox
