azbox editor help please

hi

i have just downloaded azbox editor and conected it to my azbox elite hd.

thats as far as i have got.

could some one show to me a guide to using this or tell me how it works? all i want to do is create a bouquet or 2 so i can put have easy access to the channels i will use.

can anyone help me with this please

AZBoxEdit is channel editor for AZBox Elite and Premium HD models of receivers.
Program is in beta phase and because of that lot of options lack. They will be included in our next versions.
AZBoxEdit is easy to use.
First, go to options and set:
Name of the profile, AZBox IP address, username, pass, FTP and Telnet ports.
Command prompt is predefined and there is no need to edit it.
After you set parameters you can test i they are right through:
Test IP Connection and Test Username/Pass.
If everything is ok, go to update profile or if you want to add new one on - Add Profile.
After you set up, you can go to Organize List.
Now you can load files for local hard drive or directly from AZBox by clicking 'Receive Files from AZBox'
Choosing the profile.
After loading, you can add and rename FAV Groups and add and delete programs in it.
On the end, save the changes ('Save Files') or assign them directly in yours AZBox - 'Send Files to AZBOX'.

I have an issue with this...

everytime i try to login to my box, or upload files, i get a 'login' windown come up and flash, it keeps flashing 'login' over and over and doesnt finish.

IP is correct, have default user and pass ( root & azbox )...

Is this a known bug?

Delete Azbox Edit from your computer then delete AzboxEdit folder from ProgamFiles. Instal AzboxEdit clean install.Always delete AzboxEdit before updating.

Hi... I am TRYING (!) to download a copy of AZBOXEDIT but the URL given in the Forum redirects me to Rapidshare and that tells me that Rapidshare is now defunct (no doubt the yanks and their copyright problems have given Rapidshare their male bovine excrement about copying issues......) and I can't get access to the AZBOXEDIT file. It just keeps sending me on a dead end circular chase. Where can I obtain a real live copy of it where Ican just download the file directly without going through multiple dead end and circular attempts to get at it? it is an open source file. Hi,
With original firmware, I suggest you to use Maz 2.3. For me this is the best one.
