tm6900 super

hi all
Finally got tm6900 combi super + comming and i was wondering what ethernet cable i should get ,what is the best v-box (thinking the tm mark 3) would like to perchase from same place together with hdmi cable any comments would be great.

Cat5: is a 100Mbps connection should do, if you look for the future a cat6 is a 1 Gbps.
Cat 5, you can assemble your self, if you have the tools
Cat 6, not recommended to DIY: interference
straight connection for router/switch (C S, internet, computer)
crossed connection direct to computer without router/switch (filetransfer)

please note different wiring diagram for 100Mbps or 1 Gbps
