Hi guys or gals
Just bought my AZBox Elite and followed all instruction's (I THink) but problem seems to be no signal no motor activity as I have a Usals motor working great on other reciever now I know what your thinking he hasn't powered LNB on or set for usals or even entered his correct lattitude ect............. wrong all checked and triple checked and read everthing on this matter could it be a weak tuner or faulty one.
Now strange thing is If I motorize to a strong position and bypass motor I get channels for that satellite but nothing if motorized set motor for both usals and diseqc no go any help or if anyone else getting same problem.
Many thanks:beatdeadhorse5:

Unless something bad happen HW-wise, I bet you have to sort out your settings properly...
Don't use the USALS, use 1.2 to start with.
Which settings list did you use?
My advice: don't use the editor initially - do it manually, internally!
Which FW are you using? Tried earlier version[s]?
[Have you considered the format for USALS, btw? It's only xx.x, if memory serves...]

Maybe it's your motor that has the problem?

Stick the old rx on first and set to 1 west. If your old rx has a lop through that may help or then just connect the box enter long and lat and select usals. Crib the setting from your old box on weather you need the 22k etc etc...
Make sure the tuner is pluged in the board incase its feel out of the socket in transit.
I dondt have my box hear at the mo but its the second item up from the bottom menu and left arrow to get to usals to work.

Hello,
Do you open your Azbox and check all the internal connectors just to be sure that everything is connected properly before returning it?

Yes I did Becuse kid with new toy Wanted it to work fo me CC@am and recording so checked inside what with only 5 screws tuner all pluged with a small ribon type conector multi pined very small with release clasps on each side real easy to change also looked like a secondary unused tuner port on main board tryed that incase wrongly conected at factory but then noticed no tv channel option in settings so put back into original and after repowering and booting tv options came back in menu but still no go also ribon type conector only fits one way small pins all looked good and thats as far as I was prepared to go but must say if I want to ever change tuner real easy lol
put meter tester on reciever and nothing not a tiny bit of current and made sure lnb set to on apart from that youtube worked well lol:podium-016:
