help pls. with deambox 8000

hello got my box.right to to isit flash it.like 7025 hold the power button switch it on from nain wait for 20 or 30 second ant the box goes in flash mod.do i do the same with the 8000 pls.i cant get it to flash. i think i meant how do i put a new Images ls by usind wireless or cable plsss

Or you can do it via web interface, open your internet explorer type in the ip address of the box
(to obtain the ip address boot up with the down button pressed on the front of the box and leave in this state while you do this)
and follow the web page instuctions.
