got my az box prem today follow instuction to the letter come to part where is says update firmware it is connected direct to router so i told it to update with internet picked the latest firmware( 09.28 somthing) downloaded 100 % went into loading + told me not too turn off power then suddenly screen went blank and front of az box [3\4] 4% been 10 minutes now
