I note in the files section there is a keybin file. What emu is this file and how does it work?

If its the one I think it is.... Nothing much cos its for a std azbox not the HD versions.

One of the best is Multicas and it auto updates.

AZbox HD is much simpler than DBox2 or its clone Dreambox. All goes in the same, basic folder... All files for MGcamd go into - guess where... :D - MGcamd folder... Simple, effective and great for newbies to Linux!!!

Still...

You can't just drop it anywhere you want. For instance /var folder will not work in AZbox HD [like in DBox2 or Dreambox], as it is reset when rebooted.

Key.bin, as it has been explained many times before, goes into the folder of the EMU which uses it. NOT in /var!!!

Btw, sometimes you may need to direct the EMU to find it there in the configuration file but most of the time all of that is already sorted out for you in the file you will find on the net for your specific machine.

So, just find the correct key.bin, for that EMU and drop it in the folder of that emu....:respect-050:
