tm 6900hd combo super clearing problems

hi all
i have got the 6900hd and after a few problems i have now got it working with the latest software and patch.
my problem is that it is not clearing rai (hotbird)or canal+nl (astra)even though the correct codes are there, yet it clears channels on thor with no problems.

6900hd & super only opens RAI when FTA on 19.2°E & 13°E
Think it is only the latest 5000 series patch with keys can open these? cannot verify this.
19.2°E: Rai 1 19.2°
13°E: Rai Sport Piu, Storia, 1, 2, 3, RaiEdu, Rai Med, Rai Nettuno Sat Uno, Rai News 24

I have the same receiver, only opening c+ nl with my Diablo cam 1.82.

to have RAI to work you need this patch 6900HDSuper_679p-17-04-2009, the rai channel not clearing whit patch 687p
