Hi,
Can someone tell me what the difference between the 2 plugins are?
Does one do HD channels etc

it's 2.0.11 and 2.1.11.
For full details look in the cccam forums. if only using a c line and nothing else then it makes I believe no differance which you use, both can do HD as it's receiver dependant not cccam.
I have used 2.0.4 in the past without problem which is older then 2.0.11.
2.1.11 is the latest available without installing debian and the one I use at the moment.

2.0.11 and 2.0.011 should be the same.
There was 2.0.11, then 2.1.0, 2.1.1 and latest version is 2.1.2
