Thor 1.0w problem

I can get all stations on Thor up to TP 11.780 at about 70% but after that i,e, 12.000 and above I can only get 20%, could anyone advise?

do you have the latest patch loaded and has it the analyzer stuff in it, pressing green key while viewing a channel?

If this only happens at this satellite possiton, could be the dish alligment or lnb alligment? can you adjust small amounts with remote? Do you see a difference?
