B.e.s.t 0.1db lnb

anyone tried these got one this morning and its crap,a standard sky quad seems to outperform it easily,,taking Nova sport as an example on 1west 12.643 V ,27500,the quad locks on easily but the B.e.s.t wont touch it,doeS anyone think it could be a dud,its on my tempory 65cm dish ,just seems a bit odd thats all,
any thoughts on the B.E.S.T
