Problems getting DigiTv on 1West

Is this package gone?
I can not scan it on My DM7000
Only get the telenor package.
What is wrong?

Telenor is on THOR at 0.8 west
Digi tv is on Intelsat at 1.0 west

Basically they are both in the same place, but if you have scanned the thor satellite, it will only scan the thor frequencies.

It depends on your box.
Post more details please.

OR you could try a network search on thor using THIS frequency 12607H 27500 3/4

have you made sure that you have checked the providers.
select rcs.
it may have telenor selected.

both digi 1 & 2 are back up today regards docsquires.

I changed LNB and everything showed up.
Do`nt know why,but it worked :-)
