C: ipadressofazbox port username password

port this number should be forwarded, if i'm not mistaken?

That port needs to be forwarded on the server not the client, if your just a client there's no reason to forward any ports because in simple terms your router knows its sent a request and expects an answer unlike if your a server getting requests from unknown sources which the router rejects unless the ports open

OK, and is the az box using a port above 1024 to talk to the C S server? And for opening a channel would you need another line or are both used for client and server,

To see if CCCam is running just post something like this in your web browser:-

http://192.168.1.101:16001/Change the IP address to that of your Azbox.

Simple. :D

The port in the C line is the server port if your just a client there's no need to open any ports, if you have a card that others want to share then you need to open a port of your choice which would then go in the C line you give them

The only time you need to forward ports in a router for anything is when your getting unknown incoming requests

That happened to me once while I was playing around.

I think I just double checked my installation, or re-installed cccam and it all worked again.

I used an early terrormans script which had something missing and I just copied the missing files via ftp.

When you switch from another Emu towards CCcam you need to reboot you box and be sure that the other one doesn't start.
Especially true, when you switch from mgcamd to CCcam.
