My TM6900super has developed the habit of turning off about 5 seconds after I press the off button??
It used to turn off straight away.
Strange?
Anyone else?

Could be that, I will check.
several possibilities for harddisc:
External powerd USB harddisc
Many files in the root?
Plenty space used up by recordings
Fat32 problem or fragmentation of the harddisc?
...
move content to Computer, you don't want to lose
and reformat the HD using one of these:
Fat32format 1.05 or Win GUI fat32format 1.0.1.0 (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=111179)
if external powerd USB harddrive, go and get a 250GB no external powered USB drive, I did, all difficulties gone. eSATA no warranty it will work: has to be eSATA I if SATA II it is not recognized.
The external powered USB harddrive is now used on the desktop pc.

Yes it was the hard disc. As I rarely use it I often have the video sender plugged in instead. I plugged the drive back in for a football match and thats when it started. I unplugged it and box is back to normal.
Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.
