yes, there are three plugins to my knowledge that works with enigma2
but you will need a keyboard and/or mouse because with the remotecontrol it's bagdad :troll:

-QT Webbrowser E2

-Diabolius Links Webbrowser for Enigma2

-Web Browser lynx für e2

-Babelmouse plugin: ( Babelmouse is not compatible with QT Webbrowser )
The Babelmouse plugin allows you to control
your Dreambox completely with an
USB Mouse or a Mouse compatible device.

I tested both plugins without keyboard on 7025 and worked fine
