handshake problem, try other HDMI cable with higher specification? If you don't have one borrow one from friend, neighbors, ... are you using the correct HDMI port on flatscreen? Using splitter? try without splitter? Long cable, try shorter cable? Turn cable arround? should not make any difference, but you never know these days.

did you try blu-ray at lower resolution on PS3?

This 32KDLS4000 is HD ready and not Full HD see if you can lower the display output of the devices Playing Blu-Ray.
Other reason could be: the HDMI port used (1 of 3) is specifique for DVI (computer). check the manual if one of the ports is exclusive for computer use? and try other HDMI port.

Bush output: 1080p, there is somewhere a resolution button, check the manual, see if going to 1080i solves your problem or to 720p.
Seems this is an ARGOS made blu-ray model and has nothing to do with Bush?
There is a owners thread in avforums.

some owners did transform it to a region A Locked Insignia Blu Ray player NS-2BRDVD post #401 in the thread.
