I have an ipaq 6915 with windows mobile 5.0 installed.I have managed to put on a sd card tt7.910.9185 and the UK & RI V830.2306 maps.
Everything is working great but it will not pickup any satellites it says it is in flight mode and I can not find how to overcome this problem.
any ideas will be very welcome.
many thanks

You could also goto FixYa and post your problem. A quick look at the net there are a number of you with the same problem, something to do with MS aplet.

You could try Garmin xt, it works well on my Tmobile compact III, though it has WM 6.1. You just load the orginal xt off thier site and then find your maps and unlock them. If you go that way I can help if you get problems.

Surely , the flight mode is part of the Ipaq setting and nothing to do with the GPS or other software .My Nokias have a flight mode : press the on/off to turn the device on ,once on press the on/off button again and there is a dialogue box comes up on the screen with a menu , flight mode on , fm off etc . Could it not be something you would find in your Ipaq owners manual ??
