Which Version of HoT is best?

I would normally assume the latest version number 11.1 is best but that seems to be fairly low down the list of firmware with toh3.4.10.4gr (Hot10.4) and Hot10.8 being higher up the list. Can anybody say if they have different capabilities and which they recommend?

Use the latest one. The previous versions have polsat, premier fixes and some irdeto 2 au keys which are useless right now, as the keys have changed and polsat/premier have changed encryption.
