DM500S can i connect it via a wireless ethernet bridge?

Hi all, i'm trying to make my DM500S go wireless i.e. connect the DM500 ethernet port to a wireless ethernet bridge. I want to set the bridge up so it communicates directly with my netgear router positioned in another location in my house.

The bridge i have is a belkin F5D7330. Can anyone advise me if it is possible to work this with the DM500 as i've tried but not suceeded so far... or do i need to use a dedicated Access point instead?
