really i have come to the end of the road.. enough looking at tellies 30 times in well known stores!! the staff think i work there!!
to be serious,,, i have had a rear proj 48" for 10 years,,,
my final choice now is 100% a toshiba 1080 47" lcd,,,
the review by a customer said he was very pleased,,,
anyone got a toshiba ( regetz),,, may be a 52" is too big ,,
and i dont want a plasma!! and have decided no to LG SAMSUNG PANASONIC NOW

have you not got yourself sorted out yet get yourself a samsung LED tv Full High Definition u will not be disapointed quite cheap in tinternet by the time you get one they will be out of date:respect:smash::smash:

frankly I think we have lost the will to live as its been going on all year ;)

I wouldnt like to go down the chippy with you

fish and chips ? pie and peas ? , beef kung po with fried rice or boiled rice ,
do we have chips with that ? salt and vinegar ? , just salt? , just vinegar or none at all ? :)

just buy any old crt tv and be done with it until you have some idea what you are doing ! ;)

If you have to keep thinking about what to buy, then don't buy anything, because it means you don't need to buy it when you have to think about it. :smash:

In answer to your question Keith ...Yes I have a regza and more than happy with it better still I bought it from **** under their make me an offer ....£350 quid, so that should answer this post

Am just happy that you have made your mind up at last Keith. I was looking at a 46" HD LCD toshiba the other day and was tempted to get it there and then. :D

big dave i saw a 47" £1299 in a well known store mm then i compaired prices ( u know what i mean) same thing exactly £939 a £300 saving,,,

ı have allways had toshıba hı-fıs and the toshıba 42 ınch I have now has the best pıcture I have seen. The shops all say they have less toshıbas returned than any other brand. Buy one.

the sony w5500 100hz models still seem the best for the money to me , although I do like the toshiba ones I have seen so far

yes echelon , i have lost the will ,,,,, walked into a shop , then heard a guy who had returned 2 sets due to plasma screen burn agh!!!!!!!!!!!!
its driving me bonkers,, so its back to the LCD ROUTE, ( EMM lg47000 may be!!)

yeah , I noticed that after buying the sony W one :)

no problem , but must say the toshiba looks tempting ( not interested in plasma )

well!! after months and months of looking at a toshiba and a panasonic ,, bought a 47" lg (lcd)saturday,,,,,,,,,,, IT DIDNT END THERE PAID THE SHOP... and returned 1 hour later for a full refund,,,
yes there web site was £180 cheaper!! deliver wendesday,
