splash screen problem

i changed my maps to western europe v830.2305 navcore version 8.412 .everthing works but i cannot get the splash screen to work when i turn it off and on. my tom tom is a go 700

I think your splash screen may need a rename, look in my computer a t the contents of your tom tom and look for your splash screen icon if it is named "splash" rename to "splashw" see if that does the trick.

Also check the size of your image - it needs to be :-
width - 240 pixels
height - 320 pixels

(on my Go500 it is named ' splash ')

Did your splash screen work ok before you changed navcore?

russ i got it working i made it 240width and 320 hight pixels .that did the trick thanks again guys !
