Recommendation for phone ?

I am looking for a pay as you go phone around £40-50.00, only 3 requirements Blue tooth, camera and it must be easily patchable by number code.

nokia 6600
the very first of the symbian2 phones so it will also run tomtom,probably worth about £30-£40 now,quite old but it has all you ask for.
im still using mine for work as it has a very strong jack plug and is the only one that fits the car kit,also the tomtom still works great on it,even if the maps are now also a bit old.ian.
