Hi m8,
just ftp into your dream and go to /usr/bin
find your cccam file and delete it
Then ftp your new version accross (chmod755)
if your running a script to start cccam then either alter the cccam version in the script
or rename your new cccam to the old version

with oozoon cccam is not in usr/bin but in usr/camd/
and don't forget that CAMD pack in oozoon modify bootup and create a symlink /etc/rc3.d/S99camd.sh
The only 3 ways for remove a package is:
1-
connect with telnet:
ipkg remove YOURCAMPACK.ipk ( enigma2-plugin-camd-cccam.2.1.2_2.3-r0_mipsel.ipk )
ipkg remove enigma2-plugin-camd-cccam.2.1.2_2.3-r0_mipsel.ipk
if you don't remember the name of CAMD ipk , use
ipkg list
OR
2-
Menu => plugins => uninstall plugin (red button ) => search plugin-camd*** and uninstall it
OR
3-
remove package from softwaremanager
search plugin-camd*** and uninstall it
