Streaming to pc

I used a dm 500 and streamed using pli image to my pc with no problems.I dug out my tm 9100 as I wanted to use the hardrive on it for recording.I also want to stream to pc.Using ur 18 image when I click on webx tv it is blocked.How do I change my settings on win xp to allow webx tv to clear.Any help much appreciated.

Fixed it by removing latest vlc and replacing with vlc 8.5.I do not know why an earlier version works but it does.
