im trying to install MultiCAS_v157E-D04_2k90905.tgz on my azbox but it fails to down load,the box connects to net and i can install other things apart from this,im trying to get the box to read my white sly card is there any way i can install this by ftp?

Sure, download (http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&q=MultiCAS_v157E-D04_2k90905.tgz&btnG=Google+zoeken&****=&aq=f&oq=), extract (winrar), and copy the MultiCAS folder into /EMU/OpenXCAS

chmod 755 on emu_module

got the card working now many thx,is it possible to act as a server now with this box using cccam?

I guess so, when you install full cccam 2.1.1. But than you shouldn't have installed MultiCAS I guess.

Anyway, recording with cccam is not possible, be aware of this.

Not using the internal card reader with a white card, you can either use an external reader i.e Smargo or wait for the next version of NewCS which will hopefully support our internal reader.

Do not confuse MultiCAS and CCcam, just because you can read and use your white card using MultiCAS it does not mean you can use it with CCcam.
