Tried to load the new version of BA last night (5.0.2) but on re-boot it still showed the last version I loaded (4.9.9)?

Is the new version OK?

Are they ***ulative?

Hello,

Installed first 5.0.1, and this morning the 5.0.2 !
Working fine.

"Telnet Connected
FTP Connected
Enigma2 detected (DM8000)
Barry Allen 5.0.2 detected"

I do not have 5.0.1 installed so that may be my problem.

Have you a link to BA 5.0.1 please. (not rapidshare as i do not have an account)

what image, how did you install & to where?

many versions in a short time, they should get less and more complete versions.

I tried loading the ipk (from within file below) via blue button from HDD,
it picked it up and seemed to be loading, but reading through the onscreen text it couldn't find version 5.0.1 and that seems to be where it failed.
When I re-booted, BA 4.9.9 was showing as the version on bootup screen.

Got it sorted now, loaded via telnet instead of through plugin and works OK?

Strange one that!

Don't know how current this is, but BA didn't work very well (or in my case at all) off HDD, it works fine off CF.

Did you set the hard disk to NOT stop spinning?
That worked for me!

hello all,

when i am trying to install BA on my DM8000 i am getting bellow error, my secondstage 76 , and OoZooN fullimage EČ2.5 "stable" , i am realy lost with this and the worst thing is that when i tried install CCCAMD i couldnt due to the same error:( does somebody know where is the issue ?
can somebody help?
mv: unable to rename `/etc/issue1.net': No such file or directory
postinst script returned status 1
ERROR: 0imageupdate.postinst returned 1

copy file txt blank, name: /etc/issue1.net

ipkg remove barry.....
ipkg install barry...
