I have fixed lnbs for 13,19 and 28E coming into my TM6900 on one cable.
If I loop through the TM6900 into my AZbox, can I watch one channel on the TM6900 and record something on the AZbox?
Will any of this affect any of features of the AZbox?
Or should I provide a dedicated satellite cable for the AZ?
TIA

You can loop through no problem, as I have.
You can have both boxes on at the same time, but must be on the same lnb and polarization.
A better way is to have dual output lnb's
Hope this helps

Ahh! In other words, both boxes must be tuned to the same transponder on the same satellite?
If so, I really need separate cables
thanks, Mark.
If you want full autonomy on both receivers for both positions:
2 x twin lnb 13°E & 28.2°E

diseqc switch for each receiver

So If I bought an AZbox with a dual tuner. Does it suffer from the same limitations?

for Dual Tuner you need two Cables from Twin LNB, each cable for each tuner

Or maybe you can try a unicable lnb (try to google it, it is very complicated matter to explain here in a few lines).
I dunno azbox already support it....though it is in the antenna setup list..

its one of the rarely Boxes which support unicable, and it works
