Does it need an install or setup ?

Tried to find some help online but no joy :respect-059: so I better ask in here !

Can You use both USB at the same time ? One for the keyboard and one for a pen ?

of course you can.
You can also take an USB Hub(better active) and have 4 or more Ports.
But only one Port is for firmwareupdate with USB Pen(dunno which, you can try)

Yes, the lower one is OK for upgrades.

Still, the USB keyboard is not recognized ? so, any install or so ?

not all are compatible, so take a look with dmesg what happens

OK then it is just a matter of finding a working keyboard !

Then I must try something else, the one I have will not work.

Thank´s guys - will report back when I have it going:respect-048:

Now usb-keyboard (fw 0.9.3661)is practicable to replace the remote control. Here I post the usbkey.conf. So you can easily look for the exactly button on the usb-keyboard you have to press, instead the remote control.

Is there a way to fine tune this yourself? I have a keyboard that has a lot of these buttons already and would like to get them to work as intended.

How would I see what code/ command is being received when I press the 'Record' button for example and is it then just a case of substituing that command in the record part of the usbkey.conf?

Hi, guys!

You just plug it in and it is automatically installed or what do we do exactly?

I am about to buy one and I think an integrated one with a touch-pad/trackball would be good: any such devices known to work with AZbox HD latest FW, please?

Also, which USB HDD 1TB - any idea?

Thanx!

Ok, You just plug it in and it is automatically installed. But I'm sadly, mouse, or touch-pad/trackball do not run at AZBoxHD.

And keyboard also run with usb-HDD.

But I am sure there is a solution to it... So, we wait... ;)
