Hi all,
I've been trying to get Mbox 0.6 0010 working on my Azbox Premium. I've changed the update URL to azboxworld.com, installed OpenXCAS, downloaded Mbox 0.6 0010 and changed the mbox.cfg and cwshare.cfg according to information provided by this forum.
I activate Mbox in the OpenXCAS part, restart it and I can see it running. I can even see it making connection to my internal NewCS server. However, nothing opens from my provider. Using the hacked CCcam version and by using the N-line, it works.
I thkink I'm missing something but I don't know what. Any information and help is greatly appreciated :)

I think one of them is in fact 0.6_6, not _10. That can create problems...
You have it here and on Mbox forum, plus on many other places...
Put it in manually via FileZilla and it will work fine!
See my "Alternative Guide" for info... ;)

Thanks for the pointers, and I downloaded Mbox 0.6 0010 and removed the replaced the mbox_module with the one I downloaded. However, it still doesn't work and every channel is scrambled:

I don't see "We're ONLINE"!!!
Also: "Hello to..."
and
"Hello from..."
ECM sent to... etc. etc.
Your peers are on Mbox 0.6_10?

Goran,
As you can see at the codepart, I'm an online (just go something to the right, you'll see we're online). I don't have any peers, I only have a newcamd connection. And I don't see any ECM requests at all, which is exactly my problem....
All encrypted channels are scrambled. And I don't see any ECM requests going through. And I allready used MboxManager, because I don't want to keep using Putty for cutting/pasting ;)
And now I have uploaded all the files manually and I've used your step-by-step guide by manually creating/editing the files and uploading them. It's still the same, all encrypted channels (which I can watch using my valid subscription card) are scrambled. And no ECM requests are made.
One thing I did find out, I never see a pmt.tmp created... As described in mbox.cfg using the parameter -> P: { /tmp/pmt.tmp }.
Can MBox be used as a CCCam client?

No. You can use Multicas for that. Or the hacked CCcam version.

Achhhh, damn - a quick look is sometimes a very wrong thing to do, hehe... Haven't gone sideways, nope, sorry...
OKI, there is a thread I started on NewCS and how to do this... have a look, there are a few people who have cards [I do not]...
But for updates you must use NewCS + MGcamd, since Mbox currently doesn't pass EMMs on. Once you update the card with MGcamd and you know it's working, test with Mbox + NewCS, if those "special lines" are working correctly... ;)
Good luck!:respect-051:
