Some frequencies not detecting

I am trying to download certain frequencies such as Digi+ on 1 West and the receivers not sensing them yet I am getting them fine on my echostar, when I change the LNB setting from Universal to 9750MHz some of them are picked up, is there something wrong with the tuner, cheers:lurk5:

I have the same problem with some freq in Ku or C band.
Can someone tell us how he find solution. I use the 0.93501 version.

I had this problem on one of my frequencies. Try changing pilot from 0 to 1.
