hi i have just been given a comaq sl100 hd pvr ready 2ci i want to know if it can be patched and used like a technomate with emu,s etc .

you dont need the emulator to open this receiver it can be opened from the menu under installation and also TP List, I have safely upgraded mine to ITV HD/STV HD all without new firmware and the inbuilt editor :)
