Could you help out with 3 easy questions pls?

Hi guys,

After 3-4 months, I have fixed my Humax receiver, but it's been so long that I have no idea what are new trends. I never used to post much, but I'm glad to see some old names like Voith Driver still to be here. I would very much appreciate if someone could fill me in on some general questions:


1. My dish is limited to Hotbird 13E. What can I open on 13E using the bin keys? I take it there is nothing much, but surely there are still some channels in older encryptions? Any channels with English/Spanish football? Any ****? :cool:


2. What is the majority opinion on the latest (stable) firmware? I'm still running HoT 11.1A. Any need to update?


3. Keeping in mind that I never tried messing CS (total noob for it), does anyone have any recommendations or tips on what I could try?

very little if anything open on hotbird , or anywhere else for that matter

except for digi tv on 1 west of course

I would get yourself a linux box and learn the cs methods ;)
