Massive improvements! No more scrambled messages every 2-3 mins on SLY UK channels. No more picture stuttering either.
Zapping speed ever so slightly quicker than previous version.
Very low ECM times.

Very good....

But i'm still buying a Dream 800HD!

as I heard is just a matter of fixing algo implementation in EMU...wrong?

FileZilla -> into AZbox HD -> Plugins -> OpenXCAS -> MultiCAS -> deleted all "example" files, openxcas.conf and multicas emu_module.

Put in openxcas and emu_module files from the top post.

Gave emu_module CHMOD to 755.

Reboot.

The right version showing in AZbox HD. All servers preserved!

Quick check:

HRT working fine! Nova, Tele IT [S 1 - 8], $ l y IT whatever little works... TV Globo [EMU], ART, ORF, $ l y GER, $ l y UK [small freezes], Total TV, C+Scandinavia, DigiTV [Emu] etc.

Not bad!!!

Interestingly, no server details in MultiCAS cccam.cfg file but in /tmp file: ccc_serverstatus.info

Not that we weren't warned in the top post... :D

what a shame but after installing this new version, I have problems with this new version. this version 1.60D-B02 doesn't recognize my aljazeera sport card IRDETO 5.7.
the previous version 1.60D-A recognized it.. although I had a bit freeze problems...

so I have had to come back the previous version (1.60D-A)

When multicas would be able to handle,more than one smartcard (smargo or usb to serial readers)and also peers,it would be the easiest server solution for and between az-users.

But for moment ,we can not cry:it works great for the most users!

I can report that now Multicas works great on Showtime card version 5.7. Thank you very much to all who contributed to this. Now It is the best EMU for AZBOX. Thanks OpenSat.

Sorry if this seems a daft question, but is it Mower who writes this software? and if so, is this the end of Mbox development for the Azbox HD.

I have kept faith with Mbox and still have it running in the background as a server, But started using Multicas because it descrables the cable tv here in the UK.

i'm at a crossroads, weather to end my Mbox server and just concentrate on CCam.

But even if he is, I am sure he will not abandon his baby easily.

Mbox is not that dissimilar to GBox and CCcam, as they are all SSSP, so a lay person's slightly - well, not educated but - experienced guess is: he is learning and getting better and better with all this stuff... [He is young and a mathematician, talented, as all would agree!]

Mbox can't pass EMMs right now and therefore no AU on it. You must use MGcamd + NewCS for it, as you know...

But, as he is working now on all this stuff in MultiCAS - allegedly - the new knowledge may spill over into the Mbox cup!

In fact, I bet my good money on it!
