i am not getting no signal through loopthrough any help but the box is working fine ?

no loop throug while receiver is on. Depending on what you want to do:

maybe loop through while receiver is in standby or switched off (one of these should work, think standby only: lnb power?)

yes you right i put box on standby then turn second box on i get no signal
