how to download epg for 1 week?

Hi guys,
I can't find any option anywhere to download epg. I m using the lateest firmware. I read somewhere in the forum that you can download epg for 1 week? But when I press the guide button, there's no option to download epg anymore?

Thanks, But this is just for EURO. I mean to download epg for any desired package as I live in Thailand and I want to download EPG for the packages available here
