Help! TM 6900 Combo super

Hi

I need to know how to copy my present channel list to a USB stick. I have done it before but i am not sure if the menu option is missing.

Can someone please talk me through to the right menu option for copying my present channel list.

...........i think i am going mad................thanks for any help

place a FAT32 formatted USB Stick in the TM6900

press usb key on remote controller
select data transfer
Select [/volume0] if no other usb device is connected otherwise [/volume0]
press the ● Upload Channel on the Remote.

Does this process you give update the channels list or copy my present channel list off my stb to my usb stick?

copy channel list from box to stick (upload from box to stick)
don't select any file and press OK: this transfers file from stick to receiver.
