Aff Summerdream

i have installed this image on my usb stick. However when i goto the addon-manager, and then download manager my box crashes. I have looked at the pic in the post of the image and it shows addon manager version of 1.80, i have checked and the version that is installed is 1.78. How do i upgrade if it crashes when i try the download (can i get the addon separately), with-out this i can not get to install options

Only used PKT versions so far which have been good
