scrambled channels

the problems i,m having are that this box keeps crashing and when i,m watching a pay channel on a server it will decode the channel ok and then after about 2 minutes it will go scramble until i move it up a channel and back down can anyone tell me what is causing this thank-you

What FW and plugins do You have ??

What is your ethernet connection Wifi or Cable? If wifi try cable, wifi goes maybe a sleep or haywire?

i changed to multicas newer version more stable now
