OUT connection / Loop

Probably a noob question, and not sure I have the terminology right in the title there, but here goes...

OK, I have a DM800 and a DM500. The DM800 is connected to a single lnb (I dont want to go down the dual lnb route atm).

I want to know will it work if I run a cable from the "Antenna OUT" on the DM800 to connect to the "Antenna IN" on the DM500? And if so, will the picture quality be reduced at all? This will just be a temporary setup.

Shuld all work fine. The one problem you will have, is that you won't be able to have both turned on at the same time, as this will cause some problems if you try changing channel etc...

Yep, works, and as you mentioned, it needs to have just one box on to work.
