Hello foggy, I used to use incubus with kathrein a long time ago, this is a later version than I have ever used but first you seem to have enabled two newcamd lines, is this the real address details? as if so i would edit them out asap.
The cccam server line (#card_server_url=cccam://<username>:<password>@<hostname>: <port>/<receive_emu_shared>/[EMM]
#tnk) isnt filled in so if you are trying to connect to cccam server this is why it doesnt work.

I have not put any newcs line in they must of been in the orginal

does the ccam it have to be at that point in the config? i have filled in the server line look at this point

########################### servers configuration ############################
[Servers]
card_server_url=cccam://user:assword @server.dyndns.org:12220

i also altered [Prov:000000:CaID:0000] section. To comment out (#) the doubled values

Yes M8 certainly in the older versions of incubus you needed both lines configured.
So I would try unhashing and filling in this line as well:
#card_server_url=cccam://<username>:<password>@<hostname>: <port>/<receive_emu_shared>/[EMM]
#tnk
Also if you are not using a newcamd server then I would hash out the newcamd lines to stop incubus trying to read them.

As you had made me curious about this I dug kathrein receiver out of the cupboard where it has been for several months and installed an E2 image with incubus 0.94. I think this is supposed to only have support for your box but still works on kathrein.
I changed two cccam lines, one beginning:
cccam://<username_20>:<password_32> etc
and the other:
card_server_url=cccam://<username>:<password>@ etc
rebooted and it worked, even gives ecm information.
One other thing which may not apply to your box, the F line in the cccam server needs to be just user and pass with no restrictions.
