How to restore server URLs?

Hi, Is it possible to restore the server URLs in the plugins menu after you do a factory reset? I backed up the DISK2 and EMU folders onto my pc but can't see how to put the previously listed server addresses back in?

It took forever typing them out with the remote when I did them originally. Is there an easier way?

If one hates to use one’s remote, one can edit the links via FTP, in the box itself by pressing the blue button on your remote.
Do not add more than 4 links, as it's useless - thanx to PR2!
