Is DigiTV still open?

I cant open Nova Sport or any of the channels on 1W, Have run the SCD plugin, but still black screen. Can anyone advise please?

Where can I download multicas d08 from? I have tried installing the plugin again from islarem but it seems to be v1.00 and it doesnt clear any of the channels?

Should I delete the SCD plugin? Is it no longer working with multicas?
